Compliance and Anticorruption

We provide advice on the implementation of strong integrity programs, aligned with national guidelines issued by the Union’s Comptroller General and other control agencies, as well as with international guidelines, arising from the provisions Contained in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act. In addition to the institutional design of the Integrity program, we act in order to ensure its effectiveness by conducting training, internal investigations, reporting and due diligence.
