Lawyer with a career focused on public law. He advises and represents clients in both administrative and judicial matters, with a particular emphasis on regulation and infrastructure. He served as Coordinator of the São Paulo Municipal School of Public Administration (EMASP), linked to the City of São Paulo’s Secretariat of Management, from 2023 to 2025. He is also a researcher at the Public Law Centre of FGV Direito SP, where he leads the Public Service Innovation Unit.
