Profile and background:
Mr. de Oliveira Souza was Attorney General of the Municipality of Santo André / SP, from 2003 to 2005, being responsible for all the litigation of the Municipality.
In 2005 he joined the firm and since 2008 he has been a coordinating partner, working in the areas of infrastructure, especially in matters related to the concession of public services, being widely acknowledged in the waterway transport sector.
In addition to acting in the preparation of case strategies, he leads the firm’s lawyers and oversees the performance of all teams.
