Acts in claims related to various matters of administrative law, mainly involving sanctioning administrative law, both in consultations and in litigation (both in the administrative and judicial spheres).
It also advises clients on entering into agreements with the Government, such as, for example, terms of adjustment of conduct, civil non-prosecution agreements and leniency agreements.
