Advised by Tojal and Renault Advogados, Klabin wins auction at Bovespa

Klabin won, last Tuesday (08/13), at Bovespa, the dispute for the lease of an area in the port of Paranaguá (PR), dedicated to the storage and transportation of paper and cellulose.

With a 25-year term and the possibility of extension for up to 70 years, the agreement reaches a total value of R$ 1.089 billion, with estimated investments of about R$ 130 million over the next three years.

Throughout the process, the company was advised by lawyers Jorge Henrique de Oliveira Souza, Heloísa Armelin and Danielle Franco, from Tojal and Renault Advogados.
