Partner Sebastião Tojal participated yesterday, the 26^th, as a speaker, at the second discussion table of the Seminar “The role of local governments in the face of the climate crisis”, the first event of the initiative “Federative Pact for the 2030 Agenda” promoted by the Democracy and Sustainability Institute – IDS, ICLEI, Ethos Institute, Choices Institute and the Sustainable Cities Program. The event took place at Unibes Cultural’s headquarters, in São Paulo. Sebastião Tojal discussed the perspectives of Brazilian federalism, especially from the point of view of local government.
